Arkaani Hub - Returns, Refunds & Warranty
14-day money back guarantee We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your Arkaani Hub to request a refund.
We only offer refunds for items if they are defective or damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
To start a refund request, you can contact us at support@arkaani.com and our support team will walk you through the needed steps to proceed with a refund. We would need a receipt and picture or video proof of the defective product in order to continue with the refund process. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return through email.
If your refund is accepted, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or missing refunds If you haven't received your refund yet, don't worry! It may take some time before the funds are officially posted.
First, contact your bank to make sure if they are still processing your funds. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@arkaani.com for more information about how we can help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Warranty
- The Limited Warranty period starts from the date of shipment for a period of 1-year. Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service.
- No warranty will apply if the Hardware or Software (1) has been altered, except by Arkaani LLC; (2) has not been installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with instructions supplied by Arkaani LLC in the applicable product documentation; (3) has been used in violation of the license granted by Arkaani LLC; or (4) has been subjected to unreasonable physical, thermal or electrical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident. The Limited Warranty does not extend to any damages, malfunctions, or non-conformities caused by (1) normal wear due to product use; (2) use of non-Arkaani LLC furnished equipment or software with products; or (3) failure to implement all new updates to Software.
Extended Warranty
- Customers can purchase an optional extended warranty on the Arkaani Hub.
- The extended warranty needs to be purchased at the same time as the Arkaani Hub or within 7 days from the purchase date.
